CASTLE OF SCOTLAND PRESERVATION TRUST 
ON-LINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. When you make a reservation through this website, your contract is with Castles of Scotland Preservation Trust and is subject to these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions we set out in the booking.
Your contract is concluded when one of our representatives send you an on-line confirmation of your booking request.

2. To complete your booking, you will need to give us details of a credit card which you hold. This will be used to pay any pre-payments required for your booking or to pay any other liability which you have to in connection with your booking, unless you arrange an alternative method of payment.

a) Cancellations are not permitted on some types of bookings. If cancellations are not permitted, this will be shown when you select your chosen accommodation rate.

b) If your chosen rate shows that cancellations are permitted, you may cancel your reservation up until the cancellation deadline shown on your booking. If you want to cancel, tell us by selecting the contact us form and sending us your cancellation details. Your cancellation is effective when we send you a cancellation reference number. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are subject to a charge to you equal to your first night’s accommodation rate.

c) Many special promotions which require you to pay your total accommodation cost at time of booking cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to honour your booking, the accommodation costs will not be refunded.
4. Liberton Tower will be ready for you from 4:00pm or as soon as possible after this time on your day of arrival. You should check out no later than 10:00am on your day of departure.
5. We reserve the right to change the prices shown on our website but the price of your booking will not be changed once your booking has been confirmed. Prices displayed on our website are in GB pounds sterling, include Value Added Tax at the rate applicable at the time of booking and are per room per night, unless otherwise stated. No meals are included, unless otherwise stated. Any extra facilities or services which you use during your stay at Liberton Tower must be paid in full by you before your departure. Occasionally, for operational reasons, some of the advertised services or facilities at Liberton Tower may not be available. We will try to reinstate these services as soon as reasonably possible.
6. If you make any "special requests" or "preferences" in connection with your booking, we will try to meet them. However, we can accept no liability if we are unable to meet any "special requests" or "preferences".
7. Your contract with Castles of Scotland Preservation Trust is governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
8. Bookings made on-line are subject to our privacy policy.
